Why the segment matters
The same product, specified five ways
Nothing in the list above is a separate product line. A 100% cotton bath towel is a 100% cotton bath towel. What changes between a resort and a rehabilitation ward is the weight, the border, the hem, the size list, the marking, the pack, and the tolerance the buyer's laundry will accept. That is why we ask segment-specific questions instead of sending everyone the same catalogue.
