Bed Linen & Bedsheet Manufacturer

Flat and fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, piped pillow shams and satin-stripe or percale sets: woven, finished and made up to your cutting list.

We supply hotels, hospitals, hostels and private-label brands from Islamabad. Tell us the weave, the thread-count tier and the mattress the sheet has to fit, and we will quote against that specification rather than a catalogue article number.

The range

What we make

  • Flat sheets: hemmed top and bottom, hem depth and stitch to your drawing.
  • Fitted sheets: elasticated all round or at the corners, with the pocket cut to the mattress you actually use, topper included.
  • Duvet covers: bag or housewife style, closed with buttons, ties or an envelope flap.
  • Pillowcases: housewife, Oxford and bag styles, matched to the sheet or specified separately.
  • Piped pillow shams: contrast cord piping worked into the seam; navy on white is shown here, any Pantone reference on order.
  • Satin-stripe sets: a sateen stripe woven into a percale ground, the standard hospitality look, supplied as a coordinated set.
  • Percale sets: plain one-over-one weave, crisp and cool, for properties that want a matte finish rather than a sheen.

Draw sheets, patient bedding and mattress protectors are specified on the hospital linen page; complete hospitality sets with robes and bath linen are on the hotel linen page.

Specification

Bed linen specification

Use this table as the vocabulary for your enquiry. Where a row shows a range, it is the band the trade specifies within, not a claim about a particular Paragon article. Where we have no documented figure, the row says so.

Bed linen, specification vocabulary
Composition Cotton. We begin by selecting organic cotton, chosen for strength, softness and absorbency. Yarn count, ply and any blend content are fixed on your approved sample before bulk production.
Weave Percale, one-over-one plain weave, crisp and cool.
Sateen: four-over-one, lustrous and soft.
Satin stripe, a sateen stripe woven into a percale ground.
Thread count T-180 · T-200 percale · T-220 percale or sateen · T-250 percale, the usual satin-stripe tier · T-300 sateen Typical industry range
Sizes Single, double, queen, king and made-to-measure institutional sizes. Tell us the finished sizes you need.
On request
Pocket depth Cut to the mattress and topper in the room, not to a nominal bed name. Measure the made-up mattress and send us that figure.
On request
Colours White and cream from stock. Other shades matched to a Pantone reference on order.
Finish & care Recommended care for this fabric type: wash with like colours, avoid chlorine bleach on coloured grounds and piped edges, tumble dry low, remove promptly and press while slightly damp for a crisp percale finish. Sateen and satin stripe hold their sheen better when they are not over-dried.
Packing Per set or per piece: polybag, paper band, hang tag or printed insert, with shipping marks to your instruction. Carton counts and cube.
On request
Customisation Size · colour to a Pantone reference · weave · hem, border and piping · woven or printed label · packing.

How to specify

Weave first, thread count second

Percale or sateen

Percale is a one-over-one plain weave: every warp thread passes over one weft thread and under the next. That balanced structure is what makes percale feel crisp and cool and gives it a matte, dry hand. It is the sheet for warm rooms and for guests who want the bed to feel freshly pressed.

Sateen is a four-over-one weave: each warp thread floats over four weft threads before it ties down. Those long floats sit on the surface, which is where the lustre and the soft, fluid drape come from. It is the sheet that photographs well and feels warmer against the skin.

Satin stripe combines the two: a sateen stripe woven into a percale ground, so the stripe catches the light while the body of the sheet stays matte. It is the most-specified hospitality look and it is what is shown here.

What thread count actually means

Thread count is the number of threads in one square inch of finished cloth: warp threads plus weft threads. Nothing more. It describes density, not quality, and it says nothing about the fibre, the staple length or the finish, which are what you actually feel.

It is also easy to inflate. A count is honest only while the yarn is single-ply, because each thread is counted once. Wrap two or three fine plies together and a mill can count every ply, which is how a sheet arrives labelled with a number several times higher than its real construction. In practice, counts above 600 almost always use multi-ply yarn.

Real five-star house standard sits around 300 TC single-ply Typical industry range. Above that you are usually paying for the label. Below T-180 the cloth starts to feel thin in service. Tell us the tier you want and we will show you the cloth rather than the number.

Why our bedsheets

Bedsheets | Rest Built on Quality

Designed for smooth hand feel and airflow, our bedsheets deliver comfort, shape retention, and reliability across domestic and hospitality environments.

Consistency

The second order matches the first

Fibre selection, weaving and knitting, finishing, stitching and packing all sit under one roof. When every stage is owned, consistency becomes a promise, not a hope.

Colour

White, cream, or your Pantone

White and cream run from stock. Any other shade is matched to a Pantone reference on order and locked against your approved sample, so a re-order lands on the same shelf as the first delivery.

Branding

Your label, not ours

Woven satin or printed labels applied at the hem or the side seam, with your artwork and your care wording. Private-label production is quoted from custom manufacturing.

Compliance

Defined protocols

Production is guided by defined protocols, quality controls and measurable benchmarks. Our processes are structured to meet international sourcing and compliance requirements.
