In practice that means the label on the goods is yours, the specification is yours, and the carton that reaches your warehouse carries your artwork. We do not put our own mark on a customer's private-label production, and we do not sell one customer's development work to another.

Our fabric range includes greige, bleached, dyed, printed, and finished fabrics in 100% cotton, poly/cotton, CVC, and organic cotton. Manufactured using advanced shuttle and shuttle-less looms, our fabrics are available in plain, twill, satin, poplin, oxford, drill, canvas, and dobby weaves: designed for quality, durability and comfort, and suited to apparel, uniforms, home textiles, hospitality and industrial applications.
How a programme runs
Seamless Production, Scalable Reliability
From weaving to finishing, our controlled processes guarantee repeatable quality at scale. Whether for bespoke lines or mass production, Paragon ensures your private-label fabrics remain consistent, luxurious, and on schedule.
Five steps from brief to dispatch
- Share your brief or tech pack. Product, construction, size chart, colours, labelling and packing. If you have no tech pack, describe the end use and the price position and we will propose a specification.
- Material and design samples. Yarn and fabric options, weave or knit construction, border and hem treatment, trims and label artwork are put in front of you as physical samples.
- Sample approval. You approve one sample, in writing. That approved sample becomes the reference for the bulk: everything afterwards is measured against it, not against a description.
- Production with in-line quality control. Checks are taken during weaving or knitting, at finishing and at stitching, so a deviation is caught while it can still be corrected rather than at final inspection.
- Packing and dispatch. Goods are folded, labelled, poly-bagged and cartoned to your packing instruction, with carton marking and documentation prepared for your freight forwarder.

Branding is chosen per product and per channel: a hotel programme and a retail shelf need different treatments. Available methods:
- Woven satin label: the durable choice for towels, robes and bed linen

- Heat-transfer label: tagless comfort against the skin, used on garments
- Embroidery: property crests, monograms and department marks
- Hangtags: your artwork, strung or pinned
- Poly-bag and carton packing: the standard bulk and institutional format
- Retail-ready packing: presentation packs made to go straight to shelf
Send label artwork as vector files with the exact wording, care symbols and size codes you require. Regulatory labelling for the destination market is your call as the brand owner; we execute what your artwork specifies.

Fibers Curated for Performance
We source and select fibers with meticulous care, ensuring superior strength, uniformity, and durability. Every batch meets international standards, giving your products a competitive edge in global markets.
We begin by selecting the finest organic cotton, known for its strength, softness and absorbency, grown without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Weaving and knitting are carried out in-house, which is what makes a repeat order comparable to the first one.

Where a cell reads “On request”, Paragon publishes no figure because none is documented for every programme. It is confirmed in writing with your quotation rather than estimated here.
