What is collected

What this website collects

These pages are plain HTML files. There is no database behind them, no login, no shopping basket and no server-side application. Reading a page does not create an account, a profile or a record of you.

The only personal information Paragon Textile Company receives from this website is what you enter into the enquiry form on the contact page and then send. That form asks for:

your name, your company and your business email address;
optionally, your country and your phone or WhatsApp number;
the enquiry type, the product categories you tick, an approximate quantity, a required-by date and delivery terms;
whatever you write in the specification or message box.

Nothing is transmitted while you type. Nothing leaves your browser until you press the send button, and you can close the page at any point before that with nothing recorded anywhere.

Spam checks

The form includes a hidden field that people do not see and automated scripts fill in, and a check on how long the form took to complete. Both are used only to discard machine-generated submissions. Neither stores anything about you, and neither is sent anywhere.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these files may keep ordinary access logs, for example the requesting IP address, the page requested and the browser user-agent string, for security and fault diagnosis. Those logs are a function of the hosting service, not of anything added to these pages, and Paragon Textile does not analyse them to build any picture of individual visitors.

By email, from your own mail account

As this site is configured, the enquiry form does not post to a web server. When you press send, your browser assembles your answers into a plain-text message and opens your own email application, addressed to info@paragontextile.com. You send it, from your own mail account, and it arrives in the company inbox. No third party sits in the middle.

By WhatsApp, if you choose that button

There is also a “Send on WhatsApp” route that opens WhatsApp with the same text prepared. If you use it, the message travels through WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

If a form endpoint is ever switched on

The form is built so that a hosted form service can be enabled with a single attribute. That is not enabled today. If it ever is, your answers would be posted to that service and forwarded to the same inbox, and this page will be updated to name the service before the change goes live.

What we use it for

One thing: answering your enquiry. Preparing a quotation, asking a clarifying question about your specification, arranging a sample, and keeping the thread of the conversation while an order is running.

We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry details. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. We share what you send only with the people inside Paragon Textile who need it to answer you.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies

That is a statement of fact about how the site is built, not a policy position we might quietly reverse:

No cookies. Nothing is written to your browser's cookie store by these pages, which is also why there is no consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.
No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, no heatmap, no session recording, no A/B testing tool.
No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. The one JavaScript file, the one stylesheet, the fonts, the images and the factory video are all served from this domain. No CDN, no tag manager, no chat widget, no embedded map or video player.
No advertising or remarketing. You are not tagged here and followed elsewhere.

Links that leave this site

There are ordinary links out, to our Facebook page, our Instagram page, WhatsApp, and the tel: and mailto: links in the header and footer. Following one hands you to a third party who has their own privacy policy and may well set cookies. That begins when you click, and it is outside our control.

What your browser does on its own

Your browser will cache these files and remember that you visited, as it does for every site. That is your browser's own storage, cleared with your normal browsing data, and it is not visible to us.

Keeping and deleting

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

Enquiry emails sit in the company email inbox. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful, while we are quoting, while an order is running, and afterwards as the record of what was specified and agreed.

We are not going to publish a retention period in months, because we do not run an automated deletion schedule and we would rather tell you that than print a number we do not enforce. What we will do is act on a request.

Asking us what we hold, or to delete it

Write to us or call, say what you are asking for, and give us enough detail to find the correspondence: the email address you used, the company name, and roughly when you wrote. We will tell you what we hold, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, and confirm to you when it is done. There is no charge and no form to fill in.

What this notice does not claim

We have deliberately not claimed compliance with a particular data-protection regime, and we have not named a legal basis for processing. Making that kind of statement would be a claim we cannot evidence. What is written above is simply what happens. If your organisation needs a specific written undertaking before you send us an enquiry, ask and we will deal with it directly.

Changes to this notice

If anything here changes, in particular if a hosted form endpoint, an analytics tool or any third-party script is ever added: this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the review date below will move.
