Most of what you see here is white or cream because most of what we make is. White and cream from stock. Other shades matched to a Pantone reference on order.

02: Factory

Where the cloth is made

Yarn is woven or knitted into fabrics, with careful attention to maintaining the integrity of the fibre and ensuring the highest quality of the final product.

Owned stage by stage

When every stage is owned, consistency becomes a promise, not a hope. Paragon Textiles are structured to deliver assurance, not assumptions.

Cloth is checked on the loom, not only at the end of the line, because a fault caught in the greige is a fault you never pay for. Production is guided by defined protocols, quality controls and measurable benchmarks.

03: Packing

How your order is packed

Packing is part of the specification, not an afterthought at the end of it. Tell us how the goods have to arrive: issued by the piece from a hotel store, scanned into a warehouse, or put straight onto a shelf, and we will pack for that.

Option

Per-piece poly bag

Each piece folded, banded and bagged individually, so the item reaches the room or the shelf in the state it left us. Bag size, gauge and any printing are set with your specification.

Option

Carton pack

Folded and packed in cartons by item, size and colour, with carton marking to your format: description, size, colour, quantity, purchase-order reference and destination. Assorted or solid packs, as you prefer.

Option

Retail-ready

Header cards, belly bands, printed sleeves, hang tags and insert cards, with your own woven or printed brand label and care label sewn in. Artwork and finished-pack approval happen before bulk packing starts.

Option

Barcoded to specification

Barcodes printed on the polybag, the header card or the carton label using the codes and the label layout you supply, so goods scan correctly on receipt at your end.

Until it is here, the pack is confirmed in writing with your quotation, item by item.
If your packing has to satisfy a retailer’s own packaging manual, send it with the enquiry and we will specify against it.
