Export enquiries run from the same desk. Tell us your destination and we will quote on Ex-works Islamabad, FOB Karachi, CIF or DDP terms, or propose the basis that suits the shipment if you would rather we advised.

Before you write
What to send with your enquiry
A procurement officer who sends the eight things below usually gets a priced quotation back in the first reply rather than the third.
- 1. Product and category: bath towel, flat sheet, scrub set, Ihram, upholstery metreage.
- 2. Sizes: finished size in cm or inches, and the bed or garment size each piece has to fit.
- 3. Quantity per size, and whether it is a one-off fit-out or a repeating re-supply.
- 4. The specification you work to: GSM for terry, thread count and weave for sheeting, fabric and fit for uniforms. If you have no figure, say so and we will propose one.
- 5. Colour: white and cream from stock. Other shades matched to a Pantone reference on order.
- 6. Branding and packing: woven label, printed tag, embroidery, and how you want the goods bagged and cartoned.
- 7. Laundry regime: in-house or contracted, wash temperature and finishing. It changes what we recommend for hotels and hospitals more than any other single answer.
- 8. Destination and terms: delivery city or port, and the delivery basis you buy on.
Exact specification is confirmed at sampling, so nothing above is binding. It simply lets us quote against the right cloth first time.
- Have a physical sample? Send a photograph on WhatsApp, or post the piece to the Blue Area office.
- Have a tech pack? Email it, the form cannot carry attachments.
- Have neither? Tell us the property, the ward or the brand and we will draft the specification.
